Short description

Online version of the WHO questionnaires "Hand Hygiene Knowledge Questionnaire for Health-Care Workers" and "Perception Survey for Health-Care Workers" (http://www.who.int/gpsc/5may/tools/evaluation_feedback/en/).
The questionnaires can be completed by as many healthcare professionals as the centre wants, so the centre can get information about  the perception and knowledge of the staff on hand hygiene and can track their progress.
The implementation process is easy and quick, since the interested professionals can access to the questionnaire via web. The centre just needs a username and password, provided by us, to have access to all the data.
These tool are extensions of questionnaires validated by WHO, and facilitate the evaluation and use of obtained data.

Target audience

Healthcare centres (hospitals, primary care or emergency teams); the questionnaire should be filled in by one person responsible for patient safety in the centre
