Aim and the benefit of the Patient Safety Practice
 
The aim of the practice is the creation of an individual health care plan for each patient who is hospitalized. It is a personalized approach to the each patient on individual level in order to give the patient the best medical treatment. In that way patient safety is improved because it reduces the possibility of a medical error. Also, after leaving the hospital, patient can contact the nurse in case of any problems and he also gets the instructions for a better recovery.
