The fourth multi-profile hospital for active treatment Sofia JSC participated in transfusion supervision such as:
1)Provides blood and blood components used in hospital by procedure for accurate identification,record keeping and proper labeling;
2)Reported serious side effects or incident in blood transfusion and blood products.
3)Provides information about the total number patient; who received blood or blood products.Blood transfusion is subject to the rigths of the patient and after obtaining writen informed consent. The organisation is developed by the transfusion of blood and blood products and obligations of medical staff. The algorithms are derived for behavior effects and complications of blood transfusions.

The fourth Multi -profile hospital for active treatment Sofia JSC participated in transfusion supervision for micro-biological laboratory.This laboratory realized wide -spectrum micro-biological diagnostics.I tis equipped with automatic system for micro-bilogical diagnostics.The quality is ensured by stict National External Control and International control by the program EARSS.It keept control the requires for work of the National standart in Clinical microbiology, the rules for good medical practices and CNLs.It amalyzesclinical materials from different localisation
