Detect incidents and adverse events that have occurred in our service through the implementation of further analysis and dissemination of results. The appropriate corrective measures were implemented.
Description of the Patient Safety Practice
 
By collecting anonymous, voluntary and non punitive notifications made in a blank paper and deposited in a mailbox placed in our emergency department for that purpose. Weekly collected and analyzed. Subsequently an analysis of the results was done and informs the service of quarterly results. If a sentinel case is analyzed then it is individually verified.
