Description of the Patient Safety Practice
|
|
Recently, we have organized six sessions at four hospitals to prove the effectiveness of the tool (pre-post study) in 92 workers, surgeons, anesthesiologists and nurses (31 from Hospital 12 de Octubre, 16 from Hospital Santa Cristina, 30 from Hospital Clínico San Carlos and 13 from Hospital Puerta de Hierro). There has been a statistical significant increase of utility perception (p<0.000), procedure´s knowledge (p=0.018) and lower effort perception (0=0.004).
